Hasan Warned Army of "Adverse Events" if Muslims Not Released
Hasan described "religious conflicts that Muslims may have with current wars."
Nov. 10, 2009 — -- In a 50-page power point presentation to fellow Army doctors in 2007, Nidal Malik Hasan said the military should give Muslim soldiers the option not to fight to "decrease adverse events."
"It's getting harder and harder for Muslims in the service to morally justify being in a military that constantly engaged against fellow Muslims," Hasan said in the presentation, obtained by the Washington Post.

The Post first reported the briefing Tuesday morning and said Hasan had been required to make a presentation "on a medical topic of his choosing" at the conclusion of his residency program in psychiatry.
On a page of "comments" in the presentation, Hasan wrote "We love life death more then (sic) you love life!"
He warned that "If Muslim groups can convince Muslims that they are fighting for God against injustices of the "infidels"; i.e. enemies of Islam, then Muslims can become a potent adversary i.e.: suicide bombing etc."
