— -- Bill Murray still isn't over how great George Clooney's wedding was.

During an appearance on "The Late Show," the actor showed up in his tuxedo from the affair, bearing a piece of wedding cake for host David Letterman.

"It was spectacular. I almost jumped up and renewed vows with myself," he gushed of the wedding. "It was really wonderful. It was a really fun time, and if you ever get a chance to crash a wedding, crash that one! It was great."

Clooney married Amal Alamuddin -- now Amal Clooney -- last month in Venice, before family and friends, including Murray, Matt Damon and John Krasinski. So, it's not surprising that paparazzi were out in full force, though Murray said he's "never seen before anything like it." However, the highlight of the affair, of course, was seeing his friend so happy.

"George is a wonderful man and Amal, his wife, is a wonderful woman," he said. "You couldn't be happier for two people."
