— -- It has been about seven months since "The Little Couple" Star Jen Arnold happily revealed her cancer was in remission.

The reality star is still doing "really well" and "back to work full time," she told reporters in Washington, D.C., Wednesday, according to People magazine.

Arnold, 40, tweeted the happy news back in February, saying "It's official- ME 1 vs CANCER 0... I WIN! Thank you for all the prayers, thoughts, & support!"

Now, she said she's focused on raising her two children -- son Will, 4, and daughter Zoey, 3 -- with her husband, Bill Klein. The family is also having lots of fun with "swimming and lots more outdoor playing."

"Will likes his cars; he's a car guy," she added. "Zoey likes sidewalk chalk and bubbles."

School is also starting soon, so the mother and cancer survivor said to expect a "lot of great milestones" to come.

"Their speech is getting better," she continued. "We're about to start some education with them from their countries – take some immersion courses in the near future – probably not right away."
