— -- The first teaser trailer just dropped for "Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 2" and it was everything you'd expect from Chris Pratt, David Bautista, James Gunn and company -- amazing.

But it definitely invoked more questions than the minute and a half clip answered.

So, let's break it down.

1 - What Are Drax and Star-Lord Talking About

Drax tells him to find a "pathetic" woman just like him!

Well, it looks as though Peter Quill has made another move on Zoe Saldana's Gamora. The two got close in the first movie, but she attacked him when it looked like he was going in for the kiss. If movie history serves correctly here, there will likely be a will they/won't they story arc, only to unite as a couple at the end. But James Gunn is anything but conventional, so anything could happen. Maybe she'll date Rocket!

2 - Rocket and Yondu?

Speaking of Rocket, voiced by Bradley Cooper, why is he with Yondu? Star-Lord tricked Yondu by not giving him one of the Infinity Gems at the end of the first "Guardians," so he should be mad right? Well, reports have surfaced that some of the Ravagers revolt against Yondu. So, he teams up with Quill and the "Guardians" in some capacity. The truce might not last long though, even if he loves Quill like a son -- in that "Great Santini kinda way."

3 - Nebula on the Good Side?

We see Gamora's somewhat sister Nebula and it looks like she may also be working with the Guardians. She's also featured in the movie's poster. She's always been jealous of Gamora, but Gamora continues to try and get Nebula to see reason and help the best cause. Maybe she gets through to her?

4 - Did the Their Ship Crash?

Some scenes show the "Guardians" carrying everything they can handle. This is a clear sign that something went down. Peter's always wrecking his ship, so this is no surprise.

5 - Why is Groot Still So Small

Gunn said earlier this year that after the end of "Guardians," where Groot sacrificed himself for the team, he still needs to grow back. So, he's basically a kid right now.

Bonus - Who Are the Guys at the 38-Second Mark and Floating Earlier in the Clip?

We don't know. That could be new Ravagers, that could be other bounty hunters, or they could be the main villain's henchmen? We should soon find out!

There are definitely Ravagers among the floating bodies (they wear the uniform and insignia) but there are other guys, too. Whoever they are, there's a strong possibility that Rocket monkeyed with the artificial gravity again, like he did in the first film.

We should also expect to see Kurt Russell as Ego, aka Quill's father, and Nathan Fillion as Simon Williams, aka Wonder Man.
