— -- Iggy Azalea is "over" the alleged beef that came from a simple tweet she posted a few days back about the lack of success her song "Pretty Girls" with Britney Spears had.

After various reports ran with the notion she blamed Spears for the song's failure, she once again took to Twitter on Tuesday to shoot any negativity down.

"No one is throwing 'shade' or 'shots' on either side of the table. The girl is my friend and i support her 100%," she wrote. "Im over it. Women in music are not the same as a teen drama. Stop making us all out to be, we are business women & artists. Not mean girls."

She continued, "Women in the media should be able to have a grown up and subjective opinion without it being anything more than that. its disappointing."

The subjective opinion was that she thought "Pretty Girls" didn't do well because of lack of promotion. She never mentioned Spears by name, but some reports took the inference as blame.

"We remain friends and i haven't said anything negative at all about her. Does wishing we had promoted a single more make me the bad guy?" she added.

Spears hasn't commented on the rumors, just tweeting "Can’t wait to get back to Vegas. So thankful I have shows for the rest of the year to look forward to... " on Tuesday, a couple days after the reports started.

All the attention came when Azalea first tweeted over the weekend about the song, writing "its difficult to send a song up the charts without additional promo and tv performances etc. unfortunately im just featured..."

The next day, she followed up with "my comment is factual, it applies to any song" and then "im not attacking anyone. all i said was: i wish we had promoted more but thats out of my control. shes a good friend."
