Jinger Duggar Is Engaged to Jeremy Vuolo
The couple met last May and announced they were courting last month.

Jinger Duggar, 22, is engaged to soccer player Jeremy Vuolo, 28, ABC News has confirmed.
"So excited to share this news that we are now engaged. From both of us, thank you all for the countless well-wishes we’ve received during the courtship," the couple said in a statement. "We are so excited to take this next step in spending our lives together. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together. It has been an incredible journey so far and we are excited about serving Christ together in the coming days."
The engagement news comes a month after Duggar, 22, announced that she and Vuolo were courting, her family's approved way of dating. But, according to People magazine, the pair actually met last May after being introduced by Jinger's sister Jessa and her husband Ben Seewald.
The couple then went on mission trips together.
After attending Syracuse University, Vuolo played in the Major League Soccer club for the New York Red Bulls before taking a break to pursue the ministry. He later signed with the San Antonio Scorpions in the North American Soccer League but only played for one season.
The couple's courtship will be featured on the new season of "Jill & Jessa: Counting On" when it returns to TLC next month.
