Sept. 10, 2013 -- Lamar Odom reportedly briefly checked into rehab earlier this month after he was arrested on suspicion of Driving Under the Influence in August.

However, when TMZ's cameraman caught him leaving a sushi restaurant in Los Angeles on Monday night, Odom said that he didn't have a drug problem and was not in need of professional help.

Odom, who married "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star Khloé Kardashian in 2009, also said that he'll "hopefully" play basketball again next season for "anybody who's a fan."

"Life is good, right?" he said. "Life is good. You never know."

Odom, 33, had a rough summer, as it was reported that he'd beeb accused of doing drugs and being unfaithful to Kardashian. However, when rumors began to spread that the NBA player had gone missing in August, his agent refuted them.

"Lamar is not missing. His wife knows exactly where he is," Jeff Schwartz told ESPN at the time.

And though several outlets have reported that Odom and Kardashian's marriage is strained, Odom laughed when TMZ asked if he'd been speaking to her.

"That's my wife!" he said.
