Judging Procedure, Notification and Finalists Judging:

Eligible entries will be judged on the basis of why the Entrant and fiance/fiancée deserve to win a wedding on "Good Morning America", creativity, on-air appeal and originality. As part of the judging process, additional pre- interviews, photos and/or videos may be asked to be submitted and may be used during the judging process. Decisions of the judges are final as to all contest-related matters.

Upon satisfaction of all rules and conditions, Entrants and their fiancés/fiancées must respond to emails and phone calls from the Sponsors within twenty-four (24) hours of being contacted as of January 21, 2014. Entrants and their fiancés/fiancées must be willing to be subjected to background checks.

Based on the essays and the background checks, the judges will choose four (4) Finalists ("Finalists"). Finalists are considered to be the Entrant and fiance/fiancée. In the event of a tie, Entrants with the highest score in the judging category of why the Entrant and fiance/fiancée deserve to win a wedding on "Good Morning America" will be declared the Finalists. In the event that any of the Finalists is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with Contest procedures, or is not available to participate as specified, then the first runner-up and fiance/fiancée will be selected to participate as Finalist, time permitting. Sponsors reserve the right to terminate the contest at their discretion. Finalists will be notified on or about January 31, 2014.

The Finalists must be available to travel to New York City to compete on "Good Morning America" sometime between February 4 – 8, 2014. Finalists must also be available for one or more videotaped segments the broadcast may produce related to the Contest.

From on or about February 5 – 7, 2014, on three (3) broadcasts of "Good Morning America", the Finalists will compete against each other in physical, skill-based and/or knowledge-based competitions to attempt to score the highest number of points. ("Competition Score")

In addition, viewers will be asked to vote ("Viewer Vote") at goodmorningamerica.com for their favorite Finalist from 12 noon ET the day before each broadcast through 8:45 am ET the day of each of these three (3) broadcasts. Each day of the competition, the combination of the Competition Score, along with the Viewer Vote, will result in one Finalist with the lowest daily score being eliminated from the contest.

On the first day's competition, all four (4) Finalists will compete in a physical challenge that incorporates obstacle course events while wearing wedding attire that "Good Morning America" will provide. Finalists will score points based on their successful completion of the competition. Those Competition Scores combined with the Viewer Vote will determine which Finalist with the lowest score will be eliminated at the end of that broadcast.

Finalists must sign waivers prior to the broadcast signifying that they are able to compete in a physical challenge.

On the second day's challenge, the remaining three (3) Finalists will compete in a decorating competition. Sponsors will designate judges who will award points to the Finalists. The combination of the Competition Score and the Viewer Vote will determine which Finalist with the lowest score will be eliminated by the end of the broadcast.

On the third day's challenge, the remaining two (2) Finalists will compete in a knowledge-based game. The Competition Scores and the Viewer Vote will determine the higher scoring Finalist, who will be announced as the Grand Prize Winner on that broadcast.

In the event of a tie, the two (2) Finalists will participate in a tie breaker round where a question will be asked and the Finalist to buzz in first and give the correct answer to the question will be deemed to have the highest score that day and will be announced as the Grand Prize Winner ("Winner"). The Winner is considered both the Entrant and the fiance/fiancée. Final determination of the Winner is always conditional on verification of eligibility and compliance with all rules and procedures.

In the event the Winner is deemed ineligible, fails to comply with contest procedures, is not available to participate as specified, is or becomes unable to completely fulfill all aspects of the Contest including but not limited to full execution of awarding the prize as specified by the Sponsor, or for any other reason, then the first runner-up will be selected to be married on "Good Morning America" and receive the associated prizes.
