There's never a god time for a storm like this. This could cause more travel trouble than most coming before the long president's day weekend. Good morning, David. Reporter: We're getting more snow than we thought we would get. The skip loader is working right next to a couple of jets going nowhere. This there is nobody in the terminal. This place is open, but there's nobody here. Airports are struggling to stay open. We have video from Richmond international. Just down the road in Virginia. They were trying keep runways clear to get people out. Lots of cancellations. Yesterday, 3400 flights canceled. Today, another 1,000. 4400 flights canceled already. It will be a mess if you can even get here. I had to detour just to get here this morning. We didn't know if you would make it. Do you have advice for travelers? Reporter: What you always hear. Check with your airline. They canceled basically 1 in every 12 flights for today. You may be canceled. Once the storm gets through later today, then it's an effort to get everybody up and out. That will take time. Check with your airline. See if you're going or not.
