No, ma'am. But the whole courtroom laughed because you just slapped your attorney. Johnson's attorney steps in. I don't think it was done to any disrespect. The whole courtroom was laughing because he just slapped you on the behind. I know. Reporter: It was enough to make the judge change her mind and turn that plea deal down. This isn't a joke. I didn't do it as a joke, ma'am. Everybody in the courtroom was laughing. I'm not accepting these plea negotiations. Reporter: Within moments, johnson was in cuffs. One could say that she overreacted because he did apologize. And in my opinion, he showed remorse. However, the judge might have been frustrated by his behavior, by the fact that the courtroom erupted in laughter. Reporter: Johnson tweeting right away, love me through the good and the bad because I'm gone love you regardless. See you in 30. We weren't able to reach that judge for comment. Johnson's lawyer wouldn't comment on the case, either. But told abc news, he believes the actions in court were misconstrued. Johnson will be back in court next week, lara.
