— -- Sharon and Korey Rademacher found out they were having twins in August, but what they did next was a little different.

"As soon as my wife and I picked our jaws up off the floor, the doctor walked out. Within a minute of the doctor walking out, my wife said 'Let's not tell anyone,'" Korey Rademacher told ABC News. "Literally, I was thinking the same thing."

When they told the doctor their plan, he laughed and said he was sure they'd tell someone. But Rademachers never let their secret out. If they ever said "babies" instead of "baby," no one noticed, Rademacher said.

So when friends and family stopped by the hospital after the babies were born in March, they were in for a surprise. And the Rademachers filmed the whole thing, as visitor after visitor pulled back the hospital room curtain and met Maryann Grace and Brianna Faith.

"Oh my goodness," one visitor squeals, carrying one pink balloon and one red balloon. She thought she was just going to be surprised by the baby's gender.

Another woman marches in and freezes. "Whoa," she says, a smirk building. "Are you kidding me? There's two babies," she tells a child next to her.

"Two?" a man says, grinning. "Two?"

Now, the babies are a month old and doing well at home in Pensacola, Florida, with their big brother, Rademacher said.
