On April 20, 2011, photojournalist Chris Hondros was killed while on assignment in Misurata, Libya along with photojournalist Tim Hetherington. A veteran award-winning photojournalist, Hondros had covered most of the world's conflicts beginning in the late 1990s. Five years later, ABC News remembers a photojournalist who dedicated his life to showing the world the lives of those living within war zones with honesty and compassion.
