— -- Meet Evan Antin, who is being dubbed the sexiest veterinarian on the Internet.
He’s an exotic animal vet at Conejo Valley Veterinary Hospital in Thousand Oaks, California. But now, he can add “viral sensation” to his resume.
“It’s not totally foreign to me, but obviously this week has been particularly exciting,” Antin, 31, told ABC News of his newfound fame. “I’ve been working with animals for years. I’ve done guest appearances on television shows for handling wild animals.”
Thanks to recent headlines highlighting his dashing looks accompanied by adorable animals, Antin has gained more than 90,000 Instagram followers this week alone.
“I’m having fun with it. I think it’s been really positive for my coworkers and friends and pet owners,” he said. “It’s such positive outreach and if I can share my career and what I do to educate people on the insight on having a pet and being a vet, then I think it’s great.”

Whenever Antin travels internationally, he spends a portion of his time volunteering with local, native wildlife.
He works with porcupines, dogs, cats, snakes, monkeys and even squirrels, just to name a few.
As a self-proclaimed “reptile nerd” though, the crocodiles are his favorite.
