— -- Donald Trump went on a twitter crusade against several headline speakers at the Democratic National Convention Monday evening.

The Republican Presidential nominee didn't hold back against Democratic figures and prominent critics.

On the former Democratic presidential candidate and Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders:

Earlier in the night, Trump told Fox News host Sean Hannity, "I think Bernie is giving up. The sad thing is if he didn't give up, he would have left a legacy. He did all of that work for nothing."

On Massachusetts Senator Elizabeth Warren:

In addition to the Tweet, the Trump campaign released a separate statement targeting Warren while also taking a jab at Hillary Clinton. "Warren complains about Wall Street influence while endorsing the candidate who is bought-and-paid for by Wall Street," the statement said.

On New Jersey Senator Corey Booker:

One notable person absent from Trump's cross-hairs was first lady Michelle Obama who -- without mentioning his name -- called him out for his use of Twitter during her speech at the DNC.

"I want someone who understands that the issues a president faces are not black and white and cannot be boiled down to 140 characters," Obama said.
