LeBron James notched his 43rd career triple-double, and according to ESPN Stats & Information, recorded the most assists (14) in a triple-double in a season-opening game since Oscar Robertson had 15 in the 1963-64 season. It was also the NBA's first triple-double in a season opener since Jason Kidd had one in 2006.?
