— -- Ticket prices are flying high for fans looking to travel to Phoenix for Super Bowl XLIX.

Since Friday, airfare from SeaTac (SEA) in Seattle to Phoenix Sky Harbor (PHX) airport is up 24 percent, with flights beginning at $682 for the big game on Feb. 1.

Meanwhile, Patriots fans have it even worse: Airfare from Boston's Logan International Airport (BOS) to Phoenix Sky Harbor has spiked 80 percent -- with prices beginning at $844, according to the most recent data released by Orbitz.

Those hoping to score a last-minute deal may be looking for pie in the sky.

JetBlue today announced that it would add two additional flights -- at 8:23 a.m. on Jan. 30 and 11:30 a.m. on Feb. 2, respectively -- to and from Boston to meet the demand of travelers.

The total estimated itinerary price for one ticket using those time slots came to $1,532.97, including taxes and fees.

Wallets could continue to take a wallop on the ground as well.

Hotels in the Phoenix neighborhood of Glendale, which is closest to University of Phoenix Stadium hosting the Super Bowl "are nearly sold out," an Expedia.com spokesperson told ABC News. "[We are] showing only a handful of 2-star properties going for around $300 or more per night."

But more rooms may open up soon, she said.

"We expect to see a surge of availability to occur this week with cancellations on single rooms and room blocks to be made by Packers and Colts fans," said the spokesperson. "These will likely be snatched up quickly."
