March 30, 2011 — -- The missing mom from Logan, Ohio, Summer Inman, was found dead last night -- her body found by police in a septic tank behind a church.

"It would appear that she was killed very quickly... the evening of the crime," said Logan Police Chief Aaron Miller at a press conference.

Inman, a 25-year-old mother of three, disappeared last Tuesday after leaving work as a janitor at a bank.

Police arrested Inman's estranged husband and his parents last Thursday in connection with her disappearance. Summer Inman's husband, William Inman II, and his parents, William and Sandra Inman, will be arraigned on felony kidnapping charges today.

None of the Inmans had been willing to cooperate with police, but authorities caught a break Tuesday when Sandra Inman said she knew the location of the body.

"We did negotiate with Ms. Inman to get information, but I can't release any details right now," Hocking County Prosecutor Laina Fetherolf said.

Police found the body after opening six screws on a steel lid sealing a septic tank behind Faith Tabernacle Church in Nelsonville, Ohio, over 20 miles from where Summer was last seen alive.

"The body was very much intact...a number of photographs and identification was found," Chief Miller said. "Once we were comfortable that Summer was in fact the body that we had located, I then arrived back at the parents' home and revealed to them what we found."

When reached by phone today, the mother of Summer Inman said that the family would attend the arraignment this afternoon but wasn't yet willing to talk to the press.

Police said Summer Inman's body was clothed in the same outfit she was seen wearing in surveillance camera video from the Century National Bank where she worked last Tuesday.

The 5-foot-3-inch blonde was wearing a black T-shirt with her hair in a ponytail. The T-shirt reads, "I don't have an anger problem, I have an idiot problem."

Missing Woman Told Court Her Husband Threatened to Kill Her

Summer Inman's father, Michael Cook, reported his daughter missing.

"She's nowhere to be found," he can be heard saying on the 911 call, a recording of which was acquired by ABC Affiliate WSYX. "We found her coat and her iPod."

Witnesses saw two men forcing Summer Inman into a car driven by a blonde woman at around 11 p.m. on March 22, police said.

The next day, Summer Inman's estranged husband was seen taking his white Ford Crown Victoria to a car wash at 7:30 a.m. A few hours later, the family got new tires for the car.

The mother of Sandra Inman is devastated by the arrest of her daughter, son-in-law and grandson.

"How would any parent feel when they believe in their family...I don't believe it. I can't believe it," Martha Wagner told WSYX earlier this week.

Summer and William Inman had been going through a nasty divorce. Summer Inman filed for divorce in June of last year.

She claimed in a sworn affidavit that her husband had threatened to kill her, the Columbus Dispatch reported.

Wagner said William Inman broke the news of the divorce to the couple's three young children.

"He said, let daddy tell you something, just because daddy and mommy ain't together no more, I'll always be your daddy and she'll always be your mommy," Wagner said.

Summer Inman's Facebook page indicates that she has been in a relationship with Adam Peters since June of last year.

Her father-in-law was sentenced to a suspended jail sentence and probation in December for threatening Peters, the Columbus Dispatch reported.
