2. 13 Dead in Serbia Shooting Spree
Health officials in Serbia say a man shot and killed 13 people during a shooting spree in a local village. Police are investigating the incident.

3. Windy Storm Spreads Calif. Wildfire
Strong winds are pushing a wildfire through parts of Ventura County, Calif. The winds caused the fire to come within about a quarter-mile of a small housing development on Monday. A county fire spokesman urged people with homes in the line of fire to evacuate.

4. Thatcher's Funeral Set for Next Week
