One Direction Releases New Single, 'Drag Me Down'

— -- One Direction fans are having a great morning today.

The band released a new track, "Drag Me Down," and the four members, Harry Styles, Niall Horan, Liam Payne and Louis Tomlinson appeared on a short video to plug the song.

"We hope you like it, it's the first song from the new album we've been working very, very, very hard on," Payne said. "We can't wait for you to hear it. See you soon, lots of love."

The song made its TV debut on "Good Morning America," when the band also announced that they'll performing during GMA's Summer Concert Series on Tuesday in New York City's Central Park.

Tickets are available today starting at 12 p.m. ET at GMA's website. They're free, but fans must request them.
