Reporter: On sunday, elliot sudal, a shelf proclaimed shark wrong every made waves on this beach, when he pulled out a 200-pound 7-foot-long sand shark with his bare hands. Earlier that day, he reeled in half a bluefish and thought a shark had taken a bite. He grabbed the opportunity to lure the shark back. It took about 25 minutes to get in. You have to run int surf, grab him by the tail and pull him backwards. They don't like that. Reporter: The photos and video of sudal and the shark have gone viral. It's a big shark. It was flailing around. It was all-around exciting thing. There were 20 people there watching me. And everyone's like, you're crazy. You're crazy. I'm just used to it. So, wasn't too big of a deal. Yeah. Good picture. Reporter: The east coast is notorious for shark sightings. And this summer is no exception. Just last week, this woman, though fine now, was bitten by a shark off the coast of north carolina. Sudal is not worried about that, however. He says nothing can stop him from doing it again.
