U.S. Only Training 60 Fighters in Syria

In a shocking admission by the Pentagon, Defense Secretary Ash Carter revealed the U.S. was only training about 60 Syrian opposition fighters to battle ISIS, well below the 5,000 that officials had originally estimated.
